To achieve quality improvement, we monitor our processes and conduct internal audits by examining each component of our quality system. Under the direction of TJM Innovations’ LLC Quality Management personnel, all deliverables are inspected and evaluated for completeness, accuracy and compliance according to contract specifications.
During a quality audit, test results are documented, non-conformance identified, and corrective actions are scheduled. A Quality Control (QC) Record is maintained for each project’s deliverable to measure quality compliance. The QC Record includes the following data: project name, auditor, identification of product or process assessed and its attributes, assessment criteria (meets requirements/doesn’t meet requirement), problems discovered, suggested corrective actions and manager’s signature and date.
The responsible Project Manager performs audits in accordance with TJM Innovations policy. Quality reviews are conducted by someone other than the person who designed the project.
Quality Assurance evaluation, training, inspections, and testing are conducted on a periodic, random, or complete basis depending on the project and contract requirements.
